| "Split Rock Lighthouse" Split Rock Lighthouse on Minnesota's rugged Northshore, is a popular tourist stop. This piece was painted almost entirely on location. The weather that warm July day our family stopped at Split Rock was very unusual. There was a slight breeze coming off of the lake, and light fog over the lake. As the breeze came in the fog swirled around the light and at times the lighthouse was entirely lost to view. Rebecca Minor, artist |
